The working principle of the pulse solenoid valve is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.
When the electromagnetic coil of the pulse solenoid valve is energized, an electromagnetic field is generated. This electromagnetic field attracts the valve core, enabling it to overcome the resistance of the spring and move, thereby opening the valve and allowing the medium to pass through.
When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic field disappears, and the valve core resets under the action of the spring, closing the valve and preventing the medium from flowing.
The characteristic of the pulse solenoid valve is that the time interval between its energization and de-energization is short, and it is usually controlled in the form of pulses, hence the name.
For example, in industrial dust removal systems, the pulse solenoid valve can be opened and closed rapidly at set time intervals, injecting compressed air into the filter bag to dislodge the dust on the filter bag and achieve efficient dust removal.
Another example is that in some quantitative injection applications, the pulse solenoid valve can precisely control the time and flow rate of each injection to ensure the stable operation of the system.
