4. Signal is given to the control valve 1 alone.
When the air pressure reaches a certain value, the solenoid valve 1 is opened and is supplied with gas independently by the gas path 2.
When solenoid valve 1 is opened, the control cavity is connected to the gas source, and the control cavity 1 forms a high-pressure cavity. The pressure will push the valve stem to move towards the high-pressure cavity and block the passage for high-pressure gas to enter molecular sieve 1, and molecular sieve 1 exhausts. The red arrow in the figure indicates the direction of high-pressure gas, and the green arrow indicates the direction of the air flow. Due to the reduction of the green air flow, the pressure in the yellow area is less than that in the red area.
In addition, the two other molecular sieves are connected by the purge hole. The compressed gas from molecular sieve 2 will purge and regenerate molecular sieve 1.
When solenoid valve 1 is opened and solenoid valve 2 is closed, molecular sieve 2 pressurizes for oxygen production, and molecular sieve 1 exhausts and regenerates.
