How many kinds of common one-way solenoid valves are there?
One-way solenoid valves are widely used in industrial production and are usually installed in the area of pipeline pumps to prevent a sudden increase in pressure within the pipeline pump, which could lead to the backflow of liquid raw materials in the pipeline.
Piston-type normally open solenoid valves are classified according to their working principles. Each type of one-way solenoid valve manufactured based on a specific working principle has its own advantages and disadvantages and is used in different industrial production processes.
Generally, one-way solenoid valve suppliers will provide four types of one-way valves: 1. Torsion spring one-way valve; 2. Gravity one-way valve; 3. Swing type pressure valve; 4. Diaphragm type pressure valve.
1. Torsion spring one-way valve. The working principle of the spring type pressure valve is to use the pressure from the bottom to the top of the torsion spring to open the gate valve to prevent the backflow of liquid within the pipeline.
2. Gravity one-way valve. The working principle of the gravity one-way valve should regulate the pipeline pressure based on the weight of the gate valve itself. When the pressure is high, the gate valve will automatically fall and close. When the pressure is low, the gate valve will automatically retrieve.
3. Swing type pressure valve. The swing type pressure valve opens the gate valve through the flow of liquid in the pipeline.
If the liquid pressure exceeds the pressure set by the pressure valve, it will be opened and closed by the top of the flowing liquid. When the pressure decreases, the gate valve will automatically lower to its original position.
4. Diaphragm pressure valve. Diaphragm pressure valves are usually made of plastic. The working principle of the high-temperature normally open solenoid valve is the same as that of a waterwheel. When the liquid flows, it can clear the reverse pressure and open and close the liquid backflow in the pipeline.
The role of the one-way pressure valve is to control the backflow of liquid in the pipeline during industrial production. Especially for some oily liquids, to avoid production safety hazards. When using a one-way valve, it must be consistent with the flow direction of the liquid and be installed in the required area. The normal function of the pump should be installed at the bottom of the pump.
